About this product
Anthea Dark is a 48x109 porcelain panel from Italy that treats a floor or wall like a single dramatic canvas. Each panel covers nearly 36 square feet, so a moody, deep-toned surface can run almost uninterrupted across a room.
Made in Italy by Panaria, the panel wears a naturale finish — smooth and low-sheen, letting the dark tone stay rich rather than reflective. Grout joints all but disappear at this scale, which is exactly the point. Large-format porcelain like this excels on feature walls, fireplace surrounds, and floors that want a monolithic, architectural feel.
Design-wise, it anchors: pair it with light woods and brass for contrast, or go full drama with dark cabinetry and stone.
Bookmatching two panels side by side doubles the drama, and the generous face also suits kitchen island cladding and built-in niches where seams would otherwise interrupt the line. Fewer joints mean simpler upkeep across a large surface, too.
A surface this size deserves a preview — order a single panel first and see the tone in your own space before you build a wall around it.
